Colette from Limestone Yoga Studio in Corofin is offering two FREE 30-minute sessions of gentle yoga and meditation on October 26th as part of the Burren Winterage Weekend. The sessions are from 11:00am to 11:30am and 1:00pm to 1:30pm. Mats, blankets, and all necessary equipment will be provided. It's a great chance to enjoy some mindfulness in the beautiful Burren setting.

Colette, coming from a farming background, has recently transformed a shed on her farm in Corofin into a yoga studio. It's a beautiful blend of rural life and wellness, creating a peaceful space for yoga in the heart of nature. Her classes offer a unique opportunity to experience mindfulness while being connected to the natural surroundings of her farm.
